One of the newest and most exciting features at the Buffalo Brewers Festival is the Farm-to-Pint Tent, which celebrates beer created exclusively from locally sourced ingredients by Western New York breweries and showcases local farmers, maltsters, and hop farmers like Sheldon Grain Co, NY Craft Malt, Niagara Malts & Hops, Koester Hops, 1816 Malt House, Crooked Creek Hops Farm.
Limited edition brews will be available for tasting from Big Ditch Brewing Company, Flying Bison, Four Mile Brewing, Hamburg Brewing, Rusty Nickel Brewing, Southern Tier Brewing Company, Woodcock Brothers and Windy Brew. This fun and interactive experience will allow you to learn about where your beer is grown, who grows it, and how it gets into your pint glass. This is really a learn-by-drinking extravaganza.
