Perhaps the most unique tent at the Buffalo Brewers Festival is the Meet the Brewers Tent, which features local brewers pairing their handcrafted beers with locally made cheeses from Reverie Creamery and locally sourced chocolate from Thinking Elvish Fantasy Chocolates.
For the fourth iteration of the Meet the Brewers tent, there will be two sessions. Both sessions promise to be highly interactive and educational taste experiences not to be missed as brewers from each brewery, as well as representatives from Reverie Creamery Thinking Elvish Fantasy Chocolates, will be on hand to explain how each pairing works, how they came together, what flavors you should expect and to answer any questions you may have.
The first session (4:30-5pm) features Riko Chandra of Reverie Creamery pairing their cheeses with the likes of Four Mile Brewing, Rusty Nickel Brewing, Southern Tier Brewing Company, and Windy Brew.
The second session (5:30-6pm) features Lacy Christ of chocolatier Thinking Elvish Fantasy Chocolates pairing their chocolates with 12 Gates Brewing, 42 North Brewing, Resurgence Brewing, and Thin Man Brewery.
Only 75 tickets are available for each session. Tickets for each session are $5 and will be available for purchase at the Buffalo Niagara Brewers Association tent at the Buffalo Brewers Festival.
Tickets for the festival can be purchased online or at any of your local Consumers Beverages location, Aurora Brew Works or Premier Gourmet.
