Resurgence’s The Surge IPA is now available at all Consumer’s Beverages for $8.99 per 4-pack.
The Surge is a 6.5% New England-style IPA that is smooth and creamy with big citrus and tropical fruit notes.
Resurgence Brewing president Jeff Ware said that the brewery was looking for a way to offer ‘a great beer at a great price.’
“We were looking for a way to offer a great beer at a great price in this time of prices being crazy,” Ware said. “Surge was always a fan favorite. So we were able to put something together that works for everyone. Consumer wins, [we] get to bring back a fan favorite, and we get to work with a big supporter of us and craft beer in Consumers.”
“Great, fresh beer at inflation-buster pricing!” Ware added.
Ware said that this run of The Surge is limited to keep the beer fresh, but they plan to brew and release a new batch of the beer every few months.
The Surge is now available at all Consumer locations.
