The Town of Niagara will soon have its first brewery as Falls Brewery has announced plans to open at 2408 Military Road in Military Square Plaza. Construction is currently underway at the 8,000 sq. ft. space.
Tentative plans call for a brewery, taproom, banquet area and restaurant, featuring wood-fired pizzas, wings, bar food and burgers, along with family-friendly games such as two mini-bowling lanes and two full swing golf simulators that also will allow baseball, hockey, and zombie dodgeball.
Bob Urso is partnering on the project with Gary and Ryan Wilcox, as well as Bill and Jonathan Payne, who also own Payne’s Carpet Store and the entire plaza.
Falls Brewery will be evenings only, with a focus on evenings and weekends.
They hope to open in March.
