Raise a Pint to Good Health at New York Beer Project’s Prost! Fest

This seasonal favorite pairs well with giant pretzels, German bologna sandwiches and singing along to Ein Prosit! of course.
Thin Man Teams with Bolton Landing Brewing on New Sour
Thin Man Brewery partnered up with Lake George’s Bolton Landing Brewing Company, led by a familiar face in former Buffalo brewer Shawn Kerr, on Badger Assassin Dry Hopped Sour, which will be released on September 1 (11am). Badger Assassin takes inspiration from New England IPAs and traditional German Berliner Weisse. A wheat heavy grain bill is soured, fermented, then heavily dry hopped with Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe. The result is a beer featuring citrus zest, sweet orange, macerated peaches and grapefruit juice with a full, wheaty mouthfeel. Thin Man also recently released their Oktoberfest Marzen lager, which is on tap.
