Each stout will be available starting this weekend at 42 North, while the Horchata Stout and Fenian’s Raid Dry Irish Stout will be available everywhere local craft beer is sold starting next week. The Horchata Stout is a balanced & smooth stout inspired by Mexican-style Horchata. Brewed with cinnamon, vanilla, and almond milk from Elmhurst 1925® for a not-too-sweet & not-too-dry stout. Enjoy subtle notes of chocolate from the pale chocolate malt in this 4.5% ABVer.
For Valentine’s Day, the brewery is releasing a brewery favorite variant in the Red Army Russian Imperial Stout with a special wax dip bottle and label. In its 4th iteration, the RIS has been aged in bourbon barrels for a big, bold, and rich stout boasting intensely complex flavors ranging from coffee & chocolate to caramel & dark fruits with notes of vanilla, oak & subtle spirits from the barrel while coming in at 10% ABV.
For St. Patrick’s Day, 42 North brings a taproom draft favorite from last year in Fenian’s Raid to a full can release in 2021. Fenian’s Raid is a classic Dry Irish Stout perfect for everyone’s favorite dark beer holiday, St. Patrick’s Day! Brewed with pale chocolate malt and Northern Brewer Hops. Slainte!
The Horchata Stout and Fenian’s Raid Dry-Irish Stout are available in 16oz 4-packs at the taproom and around WNY wherever your favorite local craft beer is sold. The Red Army Russian Imperial Stout will be a very limited release in 375ml bottles.
