Resurgence at Canalside, Resurgence Brewing’s seasonal waterfront destination, is now open for the season.
In addition to Resurgence food and beer, the new location features live music, outdoor games, and sports leagues, alongside the Buffalo Waterfront’s regularly scheduled events.
Food offerings include Firecracker Rolls, Pretzel Poppers, Veggie Dippers, charcuterie, burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken skewers, a Southwest chopped salad, chicken tenders, sausages, hot dogs, corn dogs, fries and more.
“This summer, Canalside will be the ultimate destination, featuring weekly programming designed to keep people by the water all season long, said Jeff Ware, owner and president of Resurgence Brewing. “Resurgence at Canalside will be serving up refreshing brews and delicious new food offerings, including pretzel poppers and charcuterie boxes, to accompany the waterfront views and entertainment.”
Resurgence at Canalside will be open, May 9 – June 14, Fridays, 3:30pm – 8pm, Saturday & Sunday, 11am – 8pm, and June 15 – September 30, Monday – Thursday, 12pm – 8:30pm, and Friday – Sunday, 11am – 8:30pm.
