It ’s that time again; time to break out the experimental ingredients and expand your palette and your mind in terms of your beer drinking. And what better place to do so than at Resurgence Brewing’s Kegs & Eggs, which returns for the first time since May on July 31 at 11am.
If you don’t know how Kegs & Eggs works, it’s pretty damn simple. Resurgence expands their beer board to include a number of one-off limited brews, and pairs them with breakfast food.
Breakfast will be served at the brewery courtesy of Lomo Lomo Food Truck, who were just named Best Food Truck at Buffalo Spree’s the Best of WNY 2017 Awards. Check out www.lomofoodtruck.com/ for more information.
Stop by the truck and grab some brain food while you sip on one or six of the experimental brews that Resurgence will be rolling out for the event, which this time around includes a Hoppy Coconut Wheat IPA, Melon Golden Ale, Idaho 7 IPA, Jeff’s Ugly Beer (A Tropical Brown), Irish Breakfast Ale Nitro, Moscow Mule Berliner Weisse and Cherry Lime Sour. There will also be a cask of Blood Orange with Vanilla and Bourbon. Many beers don’t make it the entire day so you’re going to want to get down to Resurgence early and drink often. See, it’s pretty simple – you drink and east. That’s about it.
