This May, the orchards are in bloom, the apples are just beginning their journey, and the cider community is ready to celebrate.

Cider Week New York returns from Saturday, May 3 through Sunday, May 11, with events happening across the state that highlight the magic of cider during blossom season. Traditionally associated with crisp autumn air and fall foliage, cider is stepping into the spotlight this spring to show that it’s not just a seasonal sip – NY Cider is a year-round experience. The New York Cider Association is proud to bring Cider Week New York to life in the springtime, inspiring consumers and industry professionals alike to enjoy the beauty and versatility of NY Cider in every season. From curated pairing events and exclusive tastings to orchard tours and community cider celebrations, Cider Week New York brings together cider lovers, makers, chefs, and retailers in a shared appreciation for the craft and culture of cider.
