One-Eyed Cat Brewing to Officially Open May 28

One-Eyed Cat Brewing will hold their grand opening on May 28 (12pm) at 5893 Main St. in Williamsville. They will have live music from Pine Deer Project, The Damone Jackson Outcome and Julian Burgio outside and Daydream the DJ inside, alpacas and llamas, cat rescue tables, a dunk tank featuring local brewers and 9 taps pouring One-Eyed Cat beer, including an ESB, session West Coast IPA, Belgian Blonde Ale, imperial stout, amber ale, blueberry IPA, New England IPA and a cream ale. 42 North Brewing Opens Outpost Taproom inside Ellicottville’s Bike & Bean

42 North Brewing has opened an Outpost taproom in Ellicottville, inside Bike & Bean at 11 Martha Street. The new satellite tasting room will allow customers to grab a 42 North beer as well as burritos. In addition to draft beer for on-premise consumption, the 42 North Outpost will offer a full variety of beer to go. While the 42 North Outpost is now open, an official grand opening event will be held June 18. This event will include beer sampling and live music featuring Tui Osborne. Currently, the Outpost will be open Thursday through Sunday from 11am until 6pm.

NYS Craft Brewers Festival Buffalo Returns to Canalside in June

Western New York’s premier summer craft beer festival, New York State Craft Brewers Festival Buffalo, returns to Canalside on June 25 (2-6pm). Experience fresh craft beer from over 50 breweries from every corner of the state and meet the people who make the beer you love. The brewers and owners will pour at this festival and are excited to share their beer and knowledge with you! Enjoy local food trucks, artisan vendors and a farm-to-table tent. Tickets are $55 ($65 day of) and include a commemorative tasting glass and unlimited samples.

Resurgence Brewing to Hold Unique Hop To Pint Experience

Want to brew a beer with Resurgence and be involved every step of the way? The brewery is holding a Hops to Pints event on May 14 (12pm), where they will give you baby hop plants, which you take home and plant and then make a beer using the harvested hops. The Hop Plant Pick Up Party features Happy Hour, Hop Class With Resurgence Brew Team and a free pint of beer. From there, there’s the Hop Harvest Party (August 27) (learn about the beer you’ll make, brainstorm beer names, free pint) and then finally, the Beer Release Party will be October 15 (free pint and 4-pack of the Harvest Beer). Dieu Du Ciel Peche Day 2022 Coming to Moor Room

On May 21, Moor Room will serve as one of the few venues around the world to host Dieu Du Ciel’s Péché Day 2022. In addition to Peche Mortel, a world renowned imperial stout with coffee, Moor Room will also have Dieu Du Ciel’s Peche Mortel Bourbon 2021 (Bourbon Oak Barrel Aged), Peche Mortel Kumkuat (Imperial Coffee and Kumquat Stout), Peche Mortel Tajumulco (Imperial Stout brewed with Tajumulco Coffee) and Peche Mortel Dulce de Leche (Imperial Coffee Stout brewed with Dulce de Leche. Péché Mortel Imperial Stout was originally brewed in Dieu Du Ciel’s Montreal brewpub in October of 2001. The fun starts at noon.
