Buffalo Olde Brewery, located at East Lovejoy Street and North Ogden Street in Buffalo’s Lovejoy District, has partnered with Three Chord Bourbon to create Tripel Akkoord, a limited edition 11.2% ABV Belgian Tripel aged for nine months in Three Chord Bourbon barrels.
To celebrate this special collaboration, Buffalo Olde Brewery will host a one-day release party on Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 6-9 p.m.
The Tripel Akkoord is expected to sell quickly due to limited supply: only two barrels of the limited-edition beer are available while supplies last.
“This is a must-attend event for beer and bourbon enthusiasts across Western New York,” said Buffalo Olde co-owner Bill Anderson. “Through our continued partnership with Three Chord Bourbon, we’ve created a truly unique flavor that can only be experienced at Buffalo Olde Brewery.”
Attendees at the Dec. 10 release party can enjoy 13-ounce glasses of Tripel Akkoord for $9, along with complimentary passed hors d’oeuvres from Buffalo Olde Brewery’s kitchen. Patrons will also have a chance to win prizes provided by Three Chord Bourbon and Buffalo Olde Brewery.
