Everest Microbrewery has been announced as part of a new multi-million dollar investment in downtown Niagara Falls by Shamsher Singh.
The proposed space, located at 1 Prospect Point next to the Comfort Inn – The Pointe hotel. Buffalo Business First reports that Everest, a 2,100-square-foot restaurant and brewery, will offer seating inside and outside for about 60 patrons and will offer five types of unfiltered beer to start, with the possibility of adding more.
Singh says that he expects to wrap up construction on Everest in the next eight weeks. There is no opening date as of yet.
