Ellicottville Brewing Company is bringing back the Orange Chocolate Blonde Ale and the Raspberry Truffle Porter for the start of winter, courtesy of Platter’s Chocolate Factory.
Join them on November 29 for a release party at the Wurlitzer building’s Fattey Beer in North Tonawanda. They will be auctioning off prizes, sampling beer and chocolate, and proceeds will go to Olivia’s Bears. Both beers will be available in 4-pack 16oz. can combo packs, which will feature two of each style. Exclusively at Fattey Beer, EBC will offer single flavor 4-packs.
Platter’s Chocolate Factory in North Tonawanda is most known for their creamy and delicious orange chocolate. Carl and Vera, the original owners, unveiled the recipe in 1938 and the rest was history. In tough economic times, they built a brighter, and more savory, future for our Queen city.
At EBC, the opportunity to craft such a unique craft beer with Platter’s, a family owned and operated business, is something the brewery looks forward to all year. They are excited to continue to collaborate with fellow local businesses and celebrate the best flavors WNY has to offer.
EBC’s Orange Chocolate Blonde Ale is brewed with locally made milk chocolate and zesty, sweet orange citrus, while Raspberry Truffle is a rich, flavorful porter brewed with locally made truffle chocolate and sweet gooey raspberry.
EBC’s products will be available in surrounding beer and grocery stores, as well as some bars. For an all-inclusive experience, consider a tour at Platter’s Chocolate Factory in the historic Wurlitzer building and a visit to Fattey Beer in the adjacent space.
