New York State Craft Brewers Festival at Buffalo marks partnership with local Brewers Guild and features beer sampling, live music, experiential activities, and local food vendors.
Western New York has become a destination for craft beer enthusiasts. That, combined with its beautiful waterfront, makes Buffalo the perfect city to host one of New York State’s premier craft beer festivals. The New York State Brewers Association has partnered with the Western New York Craft Brewers Guild to host the 3rd Annual New York State Craft Brewers Festival at Buffalo on Saturday, June 25 at Canalside Buffalo.

“Brewers and brewery owners from every region of the state come together to showcase beer of all kinds at New York State Craft Brewers Festivals. Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast, or brand new to the craft beer scene, these festivals offer a unique opportunity for everyone to experience and learn something new,” Chloe Kay, marketing manager, New York State Brewers Association, says.
New York State Craft Brewers Festivals are the only local events hosted by the brewers, which gives attendees a unique opportunity to meet the people creating the beer they love. In addition to sampling a wide variety of tasty brews, ticket holders can enjoy artisans, food trucks and live music throughout the afternoon. The event also features a Farm-to-Pint tent which showcases local farmers, hop producers and maltsters. This year, event organizers plan to add a Buffalo brewing history component, which will dive into the rich past of Buffalo’s bountiful (pre-prohibition) brewing industry.
More than 50 breweries from across the state will be sampling at the event. Many of which were recently awarded medals for their craft beers at the New York State Craft Beer Competition.
“Western New York has become such an important part of the entire New York State craft beer scene. We are so excited to be working with the Western New York Brewers Guild to showcase the incredible beer being produced from every region in the state,” Paul Leone, executive director, New York State Brewers Association, adds.
Tickets for the New York State Craft Brewers Festival at Buffalo are on sale now. Pre-sale tickets are $55 and include admission to the event, a 7 oz. commemorative tasting glass, unlimited 3 oz. beer samples, opportunities to meet the brewers.
