42 North Brewing Cans Popular Illumination Pilsner
42 North Brewing’s Illumination Pilsner, one of the brewery’s core beers since their launch, is now available in cans. Illumination Pils has a strong Saaz hop presence in the aroma and flavor with a light, bready and crackery flavor and an additional touch of honey and caramel from the malt. Coming in at 5.9% ABV, this bigger pils blends a light body with spicy and floral flavors. The can artwork by local artist Ken Trabert is an ode to Buffalo’s original nickname, ‘The City Of Light.’ The beer will be available at the brewery and wherever great beer is sold.
