42 North Brewing’s Full Circle Festival, which showcases New York State produced beverages and highlights the sustainability of the region’s craft beverage industry, returns to Knox Farm State Park on Saturday, May 20. The event runs from 2 to 6 pm.
42 North will be joined by over 20 regional craft producers with each sampling a beverage that features New York State ingredients.
In addition to sampling from all the breweries, tickets to the Full Circle Festival will include live music from Buffalo bluegrass band, The Brothers Blue, agriculture vendors including Cornell Cooperative, Extension/Taste NY, Farmer Pirates Compost, Westside Tilth Farm, Chestnut Hill Farm, ACES (Aurorans For Climate & Environmental Sense), NY Hop Guild and EA Co-Op, a souvenir tasting glass, and, of course, a pig roast dinner with pulled pork by farmer Gabi and sides by Fat Bob’s Smokehouse.

- Lakeside Loganberry Seasonal – semi-dry hard cider with Loganberry notes
- Premium Draft – semi-sweet draft cider with subtle carbonation, apple and honey notes
1927 Brewhouse @ Santora’s
- Tropicana IPA- Hazy IPA brewed with malts from NY Craft Malt from Batavia
- Grant Pils – American light lager
New York Beer Project
- NYS Hazy IPA – 6.9 % ABV IPA featuring NYS Mackinac and Cascade hops along with organic Pilsner malt from Niagara Malting
- Bomb Pop Sour – 5% kettle sour brewed with fresh lemon zest & juice and fermented with a blend of Belgian yeast strains, aged on raspberries, blueberries, and lime, as well as local tart cherries from Bitner Singer Farms
Britesmith Brewing
- Mexican Lager – light lager with flaked corn and lime
- Time to Fly – New Zealand IPA with Rakau and Motueka hops
Community Beer Works
- Let’s Go Pils – Lager brewed in the German tradition with an American twist; a light dry hop addition of Hallertau Blanc hops produce a delicate aroma of melon and grape
- DDH Frank – uses NYS Cascade Hops. Pale Ale recipe dry-hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Cashmere hops

- Cherry Vanilla Pop Gose – NYS Pilsner Malt and wheat malt from NY Craft Malt, NYS tart cherries and lactose sugar
- Solshine – Bright, crisp lager with a hint of citrus. Brewed with sweet orange peel and a secondary fermentation on real tangerine

Tickets for the Full Circle Festival are now on sale at 42 North or via EventBrite at bit.ly/FullCircleFest2023. Tickets are $50 in advance and $55 at the door and Designated Driver and children under 21 tickets are $25. This is a rain or shine event, tickets are non-refundable.
