Best known for their assortment of pizzas, sports bar atmosphere and live entertainment, Santora’s Pizza Pub & Grill has officially opened its third restaurant location at Walden Galleria in the former Gordon Biersch space.
This new location becomes their first restaurant with a full brewing facility, the 1927 Brew House, with plans to brew their own beer beginning early next year.
The restaurant will be in full compliance with New York State and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) restaurant guidelines. These procedures and safety measures include dividers separating customers while seated at the bar and properly distanced dining tables. The restaurant has a full sanitation station for menus, silverware and condiments. All servers and staff will be wearing masks and all customers are required to wear masks unless when seated.
Santora’s Pizza Pub & Grill at Walden Galleria will operate with a full menu including a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, strip steak, skillet salmon, pasta, pizza, chicken wings and more. The bar features a total of 32 rotating domestic and local beer taps as well as a large bourbon selection. The dining atmosphere features 50 TVs throughout the restaurant, including a 138” two-sided video wall visible from both the bar and dining area. Restaurant operating hours are 11am until 10pm, daily.
“We’re excited to finally open our new location here at Walden Galleria,” said Paul Santora, owner of SPP&G. “This gives us an opportunity to extend our great brand identity within the Western New York community as well as the ability to produce our own, unique styles of beer which we will be offering at all of our locations beginning in 2021.”
Santora’s Pizza Pub & Grill at Walden Galleria has hired a staff of 50 total employees and now joins other existing locations on Millersport Highway and Transit Road in Williamsville.
