Community Beer Works, in partnership with Tops Friendly Markets, has announced the Good Neighbor Summer 2022 Program to benefit this year’s Ride for Roswell. Now through July 4, proceeds from every 6-pack of Good Neighbor IPA sold at Tops Friendly Markets will be donated directly to the Ride. Additionally, participating customers are entered into daily prize draws — with one grand prize of being named a CBW brewer for a day.

“Western New York is a community like no other. We have an ingrained instinct to seek opportunities to work together and build partnerships that ladder up to achieving bigger goals. Together in partnership with Tops, we’re doing just that,” said Community Beer Works Co-Founder Chris Smith. “Good Neighbor IPA is more than just a beer — it’s the embodiment of this spirit, which Community Beer Works and our customers stand for: good neighbors.”

“Tops is proud to partner once again with Community Beer Works to support the Ride for Roswell with the sale of Good Neighbor IPA at area Tops locations,” said Tops Friendly Markets Community Relations Specialist Courtney Mailhot. “This is a fun and engaging way for the community to come together to support the Ride on another level.”

For every 6-pack of Good Neighbor IPA sold, CBW and Tops Friendly Markets will each donate $1 to the Ride for Roswell — ensuring $2 from every pack sold is given back. These donations will benefit the Rides’ mission to help end cancer by rallying together as a collective to find a cure.

To win daily prizes from the Good Neighbor Summer 2022 Program, participants can scan a QR code located in participating Tops Friendly Markets stores throughout Western New York. Winnings range from daily CBW gift cards at the flagship taproom to larger items, including a portable grill and a Yeti cooler. One grand-prize winner will be named an honorary CBW brewer for a day. This winner will work alongside the brew team, learn about the beer-making process and enjoy a private beer-pairing dinner with 10 of their friends at the taproom.

Good Neighbor is an American IPA that is juicy and hazy. It features prominent notes of tropical citrus and pineapple atop a soft malt base, making an inviting, easy-to-drink brew enjoyable for all.

Earlier this month, CBW partnered with Buffalo String Works to support their B.S. Double You: 2-in-1 Benefit + Spring Concert. The brewery also launched their Charge Blackberry Sour Ale in partnership with 26 Shirts to benefit FeedMore WNY on June 3. A never-before-brewed Blueberry Wheat beer is also set for release in early June.
