Resurgence Brewing is taking their talents to the waterfront. In conjunction with the Buffalo Waterfront, Resurgence at Canalside, located at 44 Prime St., will take over the casual eatery formerly known as Clinton’s Dish at Canalside.
Resurgence is celebrating its 10th Anniversary in June and is excited to bring unique food and beverage options to this casual dining outpost.
“We are very excited to join all the other great businesses down in the Canalside area,” said Jeff Ware, president of Resurgence Brewing. “The waterfront downtown is already a great place to be, and we look forward to being part of that experience!”
Food selections will feature both adult and kid-friendly options, including sandwiches, beer brats, and sausages, along with a few heart-healthy options in partnership with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY.
In addition to food and beer options, Resurgence will host unique events catering to outdoor enthusiasts and guests who enjoy spectacular waterfront views. These will include live music, outdoor sports games, and leagues alongside the Buffalo Waterfront’s regularly scheduled events.
Joining Resurgence just across the Beer Garden, Nick Charlap’s Ice Cream will begin operations at the ice cream kiosk on May 11.
“We’re very excited to partner with Resurgence for operations and programming at Clinton’s Dish,” said Lauren Ford, general manager of Buffalo Waterfront. “Resurgence is a staple of the community, and their popular product offerings will infuse some new energy into Canalside and draw visitors to our city’s beautiful waterfront. Coupled with the addition to Nick Charlap’s, visitors can get a taste of two local favorites.”
Resurgence at Canalside will hold soft weekend openings May 10-12 and May 17-19 from 4-8 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Starting May 24, Resurgence at Canalside will be open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. There will also be a grand opening event held at the new location on Monday, June 3, from 4-7 p.m.
