Habitat for Humanity Buffalo has once again teamed up with dozens of watering holes across Western New York for the 6th annual Craft Brew Tour, redeemable cards for free beer, mead and cocktails at more than 30 different locations. The fundraising campaign is part of Habitat Buffalo’s year-long campaign that supports their mission of building homes for families in need throughout Buffalo and Erie County.
“Each year, we partner with our Buffalo bars and brewers to raise the funds need to build a whole house,” Habitat for Humanity Buffalo said. “Join us in showing some love for your favorite bar – the perfect excuse to visit a local brewer, distiller, or mead-maker. Better yet, raise a glass for a good cause and simplify your gift giving with our 2023 Craft Brew Tour Card.”
With your purchase of a Craft Brew Tour card, starting on January 1, you can get free beers from 12 Gates Brewing, 42 North Brewing, Aurora Brew Works, The Beer Keep, Belt Line Brewery, Big Ditch Brewing, Brazen Brewing, BriarBrothers Brewing, Butera’s Craft Beer & Craft Pizza, Community Beer Works, Ellicottville Brewing, Fat Bob’s Smokehouse, First Line Brewing, Flying Bison Brewing, Hamburg Brewing, Hofbrauhaus, The Irishman, Keglers Sports Bar & Grill, New York Beer Project, Nickel City Brewz, One Eyed Cat Brewing, Pizza Plant / Pod City Beer Labs, Pressure Drop Brewery, Prosper Brewing, Resurgence Brewing, Rusty Nickel Brewing, Southern Tier Brewing, Spotted Octopus, Steelbound Brewery, Windy Brew and Woodcock Brothers Brewing, cider from Aurora Cider House, cocktails from The Barrel Factory Distilling, Buffalo Distilling, Hartmans Distilling and Lockhouse Distillery, and mead from Lilly Belle Meads and Queen City Meadery.
“We couldn’t find a better partner than our local brewers,” said Stephanie Lawson, Development and Communications Manager for Habitat Buffalo. “For years, brewers have been going into distressed neighborhoods, revitalizing forgotten buildings, and reinvigorating the community around them. Brewers are uplifting neighborhoods, just like we do.”
