The Genesee Brew House hosted a huge birthday bash on Saturday to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its grand opening. Thousands of people joined in on the fun that included live music, food and, of course, Genesee beer.

“Ten years ago, the Brew House opening created great momentum for Genesee,” said Jaime Polisoto, brand director for Genesee. “For the first time, Genesee became ‘open to the public.’ We were able to showcase our history, share stories and artifacts, meet our fans, and invite them to have beers with our brewers and employees. It really opened up the brewery to everyone and helped us connect to a new generation of Genesee beer drinkers.

We have come a long way! It was amazing to see thousands of people toasting Genesee on Saturday,” Polisoto said. “Cheers to the next 10 years!”

Genesee Brew House Beer Passport Program

The Brew House is continuing its 10th anniversary celebration with a 10-beer passport program that runs through December. Each month, the Brew House will feature different beers made over the past decade, handpicked by the Genesee Brew House Brewmaster Dean Jones. People can come to the Brew House to try the beers and earn a stamp for each one. Fans who try all 10 beers will receive a limited-edition 10th anniversary Brew House T-shirt. To participate, people can get a passport punch card at the Brew House now through December.
