Northern Brewer and Midwest Supplies (already one company) are the biggest online homebrew supply store in terms of sales. That makes them an easy purchase decision for a company with bottomless pockets, but it seems like an odd choice to jump into a niche almost completely populated with people who avoid AB-inBev products.
