The collaboration between Platter’s Chocolates and Ellicottville Brewing Company continues with the release of Raspberry Truffle. The Platter’s Raspberry Truffle Porter is velvety and roasty, with rich dark cocoa flavors that meld with sweet raspberry. A decadent desert ale that comes in at 7% ABV and just in time as the holiday of love approaches.
“A bouquet and chocolates say it all, but if you really want to go above and beyond this Valentine’s Day, include a pack of Platter’s Raspberry Truffle Ale by Ellicottville Brewing for the beer enthusiast in your life. Once again, EBC masterfully balances the subtle flavorings of one of our most well-loved candies with the quality brewing you know and love,” The Platter’s Chocolates Family said.
“The folks at Platters have been great to work with and have treated us like family from the start of our now 3 yearlong collaborative experience. Head Chocolatier Joe Urban has welcomed us into his amazing world of confectionary creations, showing us the tricks of the trade and allowing us to see his processes from start to finish. The third installment of the EBC Platters collaboration first came out around Thanksgiving in our Holiday Variety pack and has had such great success that we decided to put this brew into a can too. We can’t wait to see what our next collaboration project might be!” said Dan Minner, EBC head brewer.
Now available in 4-pack, 16oz. cans and in limited quantities across the Ellicottville Brewing distribution network. You can also find this brew on tap at EBC and Tap & Bottle Taqueria in Ellicottville, and EBC West in Fredonia. Do not forget to stop into Platter’s Chocolates, located in North Tonawanda, for the best chocolates around.
