Pilot NEIPA Flight Week at Santora’s/1927 Brew House

Santora’s Pizza Pub and Grill and 1927 Brew House are following up their Stout Flight Week with a new flight of pilot New England IPAs. This new flight features five distinct NEIPAs – Calypso (brewed with Calypso hops, notes of pear and apple), Lotus (brewed with Lotus hops, notes of orange and vanilla), Solero (brewed with Solero hops, notes of mango and passionfruit aromas), Sultana (brewed with Sultana hops, notes of pineapple, pine and citrus), and Professor (brewed with Calypso, Lotus, Solero, and Sultana hops, notes of pear, pineapple, mango, citrus, pine). A limited amount of each beer is available now at each Santora’s location, while supplies last.

Dual Can Release at Big Ditch Brewing this Weekend

Big Ditch is dropping a pair of beers this Friday, Nog Holiday Ale and the returning Citraburner IPA. Nog is brewed with oats, milk sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, and rum flavoring, an ale reminiscent of its namesake, everyone’s favorite holiday drink. Citraburner is Big Ditch’s flagship IPA Hayburner brewed with Citra hops; light malt flavor and crisp body, with notes of mandarin orange, passion fruit and pineapple. Nog and Citraburner will be available at the taproom in 16oz. 4-pack cans. Quantities of each beer are limited.

It’s A Very Mafia Christmas at Resurgence Brewing

Resurgence Brewing and Hartman’s Distilling are teaming up to host the Ultimate Bills themed Christmas Party on December 16 – an evening of live music, Christmas sweater contests, drinks, vendors, giveaways, and more. Dress in your best Buffalo Bills or ugly Christmas sweater and there will be prizes for best dressed. VIP tickets ($60) include 3 hour open bar, food, giveaways and more, and General Admission tickets ($20) include event access, 1 drink ticket at Resurgence and 1 drink ticket at Hartman’s. Holiday Beer Pairing Dinner at Hofbräuhaus

Hofbrauhaus is hosting a holiday beer pairing dinner on December 14 (6:30pm). The special four course dinner features pairings of Hofbrauhaus’ Blood Orange Hefeweizen with scallops, Premium Lager with Burrata, Winterzwickel with steak and potatoes and Bierstacheln Dunklerbock with chimney cake. One-Eyed Cat Brewing Holiday Party

On December 23, One-Eyed Cat Brewing is filling the brewery with joy and holiday cheer. There will be live music from Cami Clune (3-6pm), Santa will stop by for a visit (4-6pm), there will be a hot chocolate station, assortments of cookies, each of which can be paired with your favorite OECB brews, mulled wine and Pork Bellies BBQ on the menu. The party, which is free and open to the public, will go until 6pm.

The Art of Beer Returns to Niagara Arts & Cultural Center

The 2024 Art of Beer will return to the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center on March 1. The 16th annual event will feature beer, wine, cider, culinary pairings, and live entertainment on five stages. There will be more than 45 tasting stations with more than 75 menu items, craft beers from local breweries, pairings and culinary delights from area restaurants, a homebrewing demonstration by Niagara Tradition Home Brew, beer art, fashion, music, and live demos on display. The Art of beer also serves as a fundraiser to support the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
