Pizza Plant Celebrates the Dark Stuff as They Roll Out the Barrels 

In honor of the annual release of Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout, Pizza Plant Transit are throwing a celebration of barrel-aged beer on November 1 (12pm) at Roll Out the Barrels. In addition to 2019 CBS, Pizza Plant are also tapping 2018 CBS, Founders 2018 & 2019 Kentucky Breakfast Stout, 2018 Curmudgeon and Better Half, Flying Bison Krupnik Barrel Aged Bisonfest and Great Lakes 2017 BA Rackhouse, 2017 BA Barleywine, 2017 BA Tripel Dog Dare, 2015, 2017, 2019 BA Blackout Stout and more. More bottles will also be available. This event is free and open to the public. Ala carte pours.    

One-Eyed Cat Brewing to Open in Former Clarence Hollow Landmark  

One-Eyed Cat Brewing have announced plans to open a new brewery/taproom in a renovated turn-of-the-century church at 10678 Main Street in Clarence Hollow. According to Head Brewer/Owner Patrick Alexanderson says that the new space will feature metalwork from local artisans Buffalo Brew Fab, reclaimed wood, a mezzanine and more, including a brewery cat that will wander the premises.  One-Eyed Cat will become the only brewery/taproom to be located in a church in New York State and only the 14th across the nation (as of April). They are hoping to be open to the public the first half of next year. 

West Shore Brewing to Release New Stout Brewed with Donuts 

West Shore Brewing will release their long-rumored Bavarian Cream Donut Stout, which was brewed with four dozen Bavarian Cream donuts from Clarence Country Donuts, on November 2 (12pm). Bavarian Cream Donut Stout locks in around 8.3% and features tons of rich smooth milk chocolate flavors with a slight hint of the Bavarian cream filling. There will be a set number of crowlers of the beer filled. In honor of the special occasion, West Shore Brewing will also have donuts on hand from Clarence Country Donuts (while supplies last), as well as a fresh batch of their Cucumber Mint Sour.    

Big Inlet Brewing Celebrates One Year Anniversary 

Proving that one night is never enough to celebrate a special occasion, Mayville’s Big Inlet Brewing are taking an entire weekend to celebrate their one-year anniversary, November 1-3. In honor of the special occasion, they are offering $5 regular-sized beers nightly (except from 5-7pm when beers are $4 for Happy Hour). Also during Happy Hour, Big Inlet will be serving be $0.35 ham sandwiches and $0.20 hots. Steve, Adam, and Nick from the Probables will perform live at 6pm on night one, while Bill Ward, John Cross and Amanda Barton will take to the stage at 6pm on night two.
