Woodcock to Release New Wet Hopped IPA

Woodcock Brothers Brewing is releasing the second of their Wet Hopped IPA series, a Chinook Wet Hopped IPA brewed with Chinook Wet hops and Simcoe, on Sept. 1. “We absolutely LOVED last year’s Wet Hop IPA; it was a huge hit with our customers and fans,” the brewery says of their wet hopped IPA series. “Tons of rain this year in WNY resulted in this crop of hops from Niagara Hops being pungently aromatic and very, very sticky.” The Chinook version follows Woodcock’s Centennial Wet hopped IPA brewed with Centennial wet hops and Citra. Both are available at the brewery.
