Big Ditch Brewing is looking to make things a little easier on your wallet with $4 pints of their No Punts Intended Pilsner all day, every day, at both their Buffalo and Lockport taprooms.

This easy-drinking American pilsner is brewed with Cascade hops.

“We know things are tight right now, and we believe great beer shouldn’t be out of reach. So we’re doing what we can to keep your tab down when you visit – without cutting corners where it matters,” the brewery said on social media. “Same quality. Same freshness. Less strain on your wallet.”

Big Ditch President Matt Kahn says that this decision is just the latest attempt to save their customers money, whether it be in their taprooms or on store shelves across their distribution footprint.

This is also the latest measure from the brewery to try and keep some cash in all of our pockets. Last summer, they introduced an Inflation Buster Menu, which featured daily specials in the taproom to “provide Buffalo with a place to get quality beer, food, service in a comfortable environment, but also at a relatively affordable price.”

“Big Ditch has always prided itself on high-quality beer, excellent customer service, and strong brands. But I’ve always thought that Big Ditch also provides excellent value. Our 6-packs in retail stores are usually in the middle of the pack for pricing and very competitive with national brands that have much better purchasing power,” Kahn says. “We try to keep pricing fair while delivering high quality – this translates to value. I think providing value is more important than ever right now, as Western New Yorkers struggle with rising costs. The “Inflation Buster” menu was an example of that.”

Kahn says that No Punts Intended was the right beer to choose for a promotion like this because it’s a light and sessionable beer. It also doesn’t hurt that it’s a Buffalo Bills-themed beer.

“We also wanted to include a beer on our menu that was almost ‘shockingly low’ in terms of price,” Kahn explained. “No Punts Intended is a popular American Pilsner we sell in our taprooms – it sells especially well during Bills games. We thought this would be a great beer to sell for $4 a pint. You don’t see many craft beers for less than $5 a pint, and we’re pleased that we can offer this beer at this price.”

No Punts Intended is on draft at both Big Ditch’s Buffalo and Lockport taprooms.
