Notes
I had a bunch of leftover hops and decided to make something to have on tap at the house. Mashed at 151 for 60 minutes and added about 15 grams of gypsum for my 5 gallon batch.
Decided to skip the bittering charge and combine the cascade and columbus for flavor and aroma additions only.
Came out with a nice light flavor that was a cascade throwback.
