Kitchen Sink IPA
Everything but the kitchen sink went into this beer. Whatever I had leftover from other batches made it in. What came out is a fruity and complex IPA that's a little darker than normal thanks to the Special B.
Whatever was left over made it into this beer. I mashed at 158 to avoid a dry IPA and instead bring some more sweetness into the mix.
No water additions based on the crystal malt and special b which went into the grist.
This is one of my wife’s favorite beers I’ve made, so it will be happening again (next time on purpose).
I had the opportunity to try this beer at our last homebrew club meeting. It tasted just as described. I came back looking for more as the meeting went on.
