Rochester’s new Destination Brewery makes Grand Debut in Victor, NY

Celebrate New York State’s rich Brewing History at the Grand Opening Week of New York Beer Project’s stunning new Victor Beer Hall! Over 170 cast members have been training inside the facility for the past two weeks, but on Valentine’s Day the doors will open to the public for the first time.

Built to recreate the beauty of NYC’s Atlantic Grand Beer Hall at the turn of the century, this 15,700-square-foot space includes an Indoor Beer Garden adorned with life-size chestnut trees, the Beer Lover’s taproom, production brewery with extensive barrel-aging program, rooftop terrace, and the New Yorker Loft mezzanine event space.

Schedule of Events:

  • 2/11: VIP Launch Party for NYBP Mug Club members (New York Beer Project’s VIP loyalty program). (Ticketed Event)
  • 2/12: VIP Launch Party for surrounding local businesses and government officials. (Ticketed Event)
  • 2/14: Official Grand Opening of the NYBP Victor Beer Hall. Doors open to the public at 11AM, with the Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony taking place at 5PM.
