The five-building complex, which spans more than two acres at the corner of Clinton and Emslie Streets, can he had for $3.3 million, according to commercial real estate broker Gary J. DeCarlo, of CRE Global LLC, who says that while the five buildings throughout the complex have been well kept over the years, some areas will require renovations if they are to be occupied.
The brewery closed in 1973 and has been mostly vacant ever since.
