The Beer Keep on Elmwood Officially Opens

Elmwood’s newest watering hole, The Beer Keep, will officially open their doors to the public on September 15. The beer bar features 10 rotating taps, including two unique Lukr side-pull taps dedicated to lager and single cans and 4-packs to enjoy on-site or to-go. Beyond beer, The Beer Keep will showcase an all-natural wine list, craft and familiar seltzers, along with a significant amount of non-alcoholic offerings. They will also offer a hometown menu to pair with it all. The Beer Keep is located at 1002 Elmwood Avenue.

Thin Man Plans Triple IPA Release This Weekend

After admittedly not releasing many IPAs over the last few weeks, Thin Man is dropping three this weekend. Fried Mozzarella Space Cowboy Double IPA, their latest collaboration with Other Half FLX is heavily hopped with Mosaic and Eclipse for notes of passionfruit, red berry and orange, Sonic Titan DDH New England IPA is hopped with Mosaic, Chinook and Columbus for citrus and tropical fruits with a hint of dankness and Inside the Sun DIPA, hopped with Strata, Cascade and Eclipse for creamy peach and strawberry, bubblegum and tropical fruit notes. Available at all Thin Man taprooms on September 17.

Lilly Belle Meads Celebrates Four Years

In honor of their fourth anniversary, Lilly Belle Meads in Lancaster are throwing a party on September 18 (12pm). They will be celebrating with the return of PumQueen Spice and Honey & Hops to taps, along with all new cocktails, beekeeping presentation (1pm), honey sampling and mead tasting (3pm), live music from Shaky Stage (4pm) and karaoke (7pm).

Celebrate Oktoberfest With Community Beer Works

Community Beer Works has an entire day planned for you on September 18 for their Oktoberfest celebration. Starting at noon, you can enjoy German-inspired food specials, CBW Oktoberfest steins to take home ($15, includes first fill of Oktoberfest), German-style Fest beer, beer specials and cocktails. The all-day event will also feature free Oktoberfest games & activities (complete with prizes), a pair of DJ sets, balloon fun with Mr. No The Balloon Guy, live music from The Jony James Band and more. The event is free.
