Welcome Summer to Town at Flying Bison’s Summer BBQ in the Beer Garden
Flying Bison Brewing are taking the party outside into their beer garden as they celebrate the start on summer at their Summer BBQ in the Garden, June 21 (5pm). Burgers, sausages, hot dogs and vegan burgers will be served fresh and straight from the grill, while Jimmy Pirate from trop rockers Pirate Dreams will be providing live music as you enjoy $4 pints of Flying Bison brews. Soda, cider, and kombucha will also be available. Flying Bison is also running a special – $10 for a pint, food item and chips. This is an all-ages event (21+ to drink, naturally).
Ring in Summer at Community Beer Works’ Summer Kickoff Party
You can also welcome the much needed summer at Community Beer Works’ Summer Kickoff Party, June 21 (4pm). The event will feature chicken dinners from Chiavetta’s BBQ (chicken dinner onsite or to go, $15, chicken dinner + 4-pack of Let’s Go Pils (to go only), $22), live music from Invisible Touch (8-11pm), games and s’mores around the fire on the patio. You can also donate to Team CBW’s Ride for Roswell team by purchasing a pint of Frank during the party as 100% of Frank sales will be donated to Roswell Park. Walk, ride share, bike or drive on down.
Tickets Remain for 2019 Buffalo Brewers Festival at Canalside
Some tickets still remain for the 2019 Buffalo Brewers Festival, June 22 (3-6pm) at Canalside. This year, which features a partnership with the New York State Brewers Association, will include a number of breweries from across New York State, including Beer Tree, Sand City, Finback, Prison City and more, will join your favorite local breweries. Tickets, available at EventBrite, are $35 (Advance GA, $45 day of), $55 (Advance VIP, $65 day of) and $15 (Designated Drivers). VIP tickets include early entry (2pm) and access to exclusive VIP beers. There will also be food trucks and pint sales after the festival.
Brickyard Brewing to Release Cans of White Bronco NEIPA, Millions of Strawberries IPA
Brickyard Brewing Company have planned their second can release, this time with their flagship brew, White Bronco New England IPA, and Millions of Strawberries Milkshake IPA, on June 22. White Bronco, brewed with Amarillo, Citra, El Dorado, Galaxy and Mosaic hops, is one of the best NEIPA’s in the area that no one is talking about, while Millions of Strawberries continues Brickyard’s Millions Of… Series, a Gelato-inspired IPA brewed with Galaxy and Belma hops, lactose, vanilla beans, and fresh Sanger Farms strawberries. Ask your local bottle shop, bar or retailer for it or stop by the brewery to get yours.
