12th Annual Bricks & Brews at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Martin House
Enjoy craft brews, food trucks, and live music on the grounds of the Martin House estate at the 10th annual Bricks & Brews, which returns on July 11 (6-9 pm). The event will feature beer sampling from 25 Western New York breweries and cideries, live music and food trucks. Proceeds from the event will go to support tours and programs at the Martin House. Safe Ride 4 the 4th Program Offers Free Uber Rides
The Law Offices of William Mattar want to make sure you make it home safe and sound this Fourth of July weekend by once again offering free Uber rides to those in need. As part of the Safe Ride for the 4th program, they are giving away 1,000 $20 Uber vouchers so you get home safe. You have until July 2nd (12 pm) to claim your voucher. Vouchers are valid from 12 pm on July 4 through July 5 and trips must be taken in New York (exclusions may apply). You can sign up to claim a free voucher here.
SummerFest 2025 at Southern Tier Lakewood
Sip on Southern Tier Brewing beers and canned cocktails at Summerfest 2025 at Southern Tier Lakewood. Head down to Southern Tier’s flagship location and enjoy a summer grill menu, including black bean burgers, traditional burgers, hot dogs, sausage sandwiches and more and listen to live music from The Town Pants Unplugged (2–5 pm) and Smilo & The Ghost (6–9 pm). The fire pits will be glowing, and there will also yard games and cornhole. Summerfest is free to attend and open to the public.
Free Canalside Shuttle to Explore Buffalo’s Waterfront
If you want to explore Buffalo’s waterfront this summer, Canalside is offering a free shuttle service to several spots along the water. There are eight stops along the shuttle route – Perry Street and Commercial Street, Lloyd Street and Prime Street, Prime and Perry (Resurgence Brewing at Canalside), Michigan Street and Scott Street (Hofbrauhaus), Scott and Washington Street (Southern Tier Brewing Buffalo, Pizza Plant / Pod City Beer Labs, Other Half Brewing Buffalo, Pearl Street Brewery), Marine Drive and Wilkeson Way. The shuttle runs in a continuous loop with an estimated 15 minutes between each stop. Now through Aug. 31, the shuttle runs Wednesday through Sunday, 12 – 10 pm.
2025 Buffalo Flight Tour Now Available
The 2025 Flight Tour, which gives you a beer or cocktail flight at seven local breweries, distilleries and bars, is now available for purchase. Each purchase includes seven certificates, each valid for a flight of beer or cocktails (one certificate for each establishment) at Flying Bison Brewing, Brazen Brewing, Frequentem Brewing, Hamburg Tap Room, Buffalo Distilling, BriarBrothers Brewing and Resurgence Brewing. The cost is $45 (plus $3.50 processing) and can be purchased here. The 2025 NY Buffalo Flight Tour is a $105 value and only 300 are available.
Other Half Brewing Announces New Flagship
Just in time for summer heat, Other Half Brewing Snaps brings a classic style that’s built for easy sipping and all-day hanging. The newest addition to OH’s flagship lineup and first year-round lager offering, is a 4.5% floral and citrus-forward pilsner-style lager brewed with hand-selected Motueka from New Zealand and Saphir from Germany, layered over a base of 100% German pilsner malt. Snaps is available now in Other Half Buffalo’s taproom on tap and in 16oz. 4-pack cans.
Beer Kind Brewing First Anniversary Party
On Saturday, July 12, from 12-10:00 pm, Tonawanda’s Beer Kind Brewing is throwing a first anniversary party! The event will feature food by Brisket Love BBQ, starting at 3:00 pm, and music from Pour Man’s Happy Hour, 4-7:00 pm. While you’re at the taproom celebrating, you can grab a gluten-reduced beer. Three Beer Kind beers are now gluten reduced – American Beam American Ale, Beam in The Coconut American Ale and Meatball in Loafers Italian Pilsner. The event is free to attend. Beer Kind features a self-pour tap wall including craft beer, seltzers, New York State wine, liquor, cider, non-alcoholic beverages and more.
