Big Ditch Brewing, Upstate Brewing Produce New Pastry Stout
The New York State pipeline between our very own Big Ditch Brewing and Elmira’s Upstate Brewing is alive and well as the two breweries have collaborated on a new 6.6% ABV pastry stout, Group Hug, which will be available on December 27 at Big Ditch. This s’mores stout is loaded this stout with cacao nibs, lactose, graham crackers, cinnamon and marshmallows. The beer will be available both on draft and in cans at the brewery. The breweries previously collaborated on BDU Collaboration IPA, a hazy, hoppy beer with flavors of ripe peach and lemon zest, which was released last year.
