On Saturday, November 26, Pressure Drop Brewing is celebrating five years of producing West Coast-inspired beer in Buffalo. It’s been five years since Pressure Drop brewed its inaugural beer from their production facility in the Old First Ward, and the first anniversary Pressure Drop will celebrate from its namesake pub, which opened on Elmwood Ave in Black Rock during the spring of 2022.
The public is invited to celebrate along with Pressure Drop’s crew and co-founders Karl Kolbe and Lexi Craine from 11am to 11pm on Saturday at 1672 Elmwood Ave in Buffalo.
The festivities begin with a Bloody Mary bar at 11am served alongside a special menu of elevated pub food arranged by Pressure Drop’s head chef. Also beginning at 11am, guests can peruse a line of brand new merchandise, sign up for Pressure Drop’s 2023 “Pub Club”, and enjoy two new beer releases, including their 5th anniversary commemorative brew: Rebel Waltz Double Dry-Hopped West Coast IPA (a signature style of the brewery).
Throughout the day visitors can enjoy beer-inspired activities including a “bottle share” of Pressure Drop’s beloved barrel-aged Imperial Stout lead by co-founder and head brewer Karl Kolbe at 8pm.
