Hamburg Brewing to Release Raspberry Lemon Kolsch
Hamburg Brewing is thinking spring with the release of the Raspberry Lemon Kolsch, a clean, crisp, refreshing kolsch fruited with raspberry and lemon. It’s balanced with citrus heavy American hops for a refreshing finish. Raspberry Lemon Koslch is available now in the taproom (on tap, 6-pack 12oz. cans) and wherever great beer is sold.
Thin Man to Release Mango Only Pawn in Game of Life Mango Blackberry Sour Ale
After a slight delay in release, Thin Man is finally ready to unveil Mango Only Pawn in Game of Life, a mango blackberry sour brewed with mango and blackberry. Mango and prickly blackberry dominate the flavor with a touch of vanilla. Mango Only Pawn in Game of Life is available January 22 at all locations (Elmwood, 3pm, Chandler, 4pm, Transit, 4pm).
Community Beer Works, Belt Line Team on Oh Wow Orange & Vanilla Sour
CBW and Belt Line Brewery have joined forces on Oh Wow Sour Ale with Orange and Vanilla, which will be released January 22 (3pm). This kettle sour is brewed with orange peel, orange purée, vanilla, and lactose and is hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Pacifica. Presale for home delivery or curbside pickup at is available at communitybeerworks.com/deliveries. Beer will be available at both breweries on Friday.
Brickyard Brewing Company Plans Trip Can Release
Brickyard Brewing is wasting no time getting back on track after their devastating fire, with a triple can release on January 22. They will debut Let Them Eat (Oreo) Cake in 16oz. cans. This Peanut Butter Oreo Imperial Pastry Stout is brewed with Tahitian vanilla beans, Ecuadorian cacao nibs, Belgian dark candi sugar, and dosed with allergen free peanut butter flavoring. They are also re-releasing Flat Brim Hat Triple IPA with Honey, and Bat Snacks Guava Blackberry Sour.
Eli Fish Brewing, Buffalo Barrel Project Produce Steamy Grains Vaughan
Eli Fish worked with Buffalo Barrel Project on Steamy Grains Vaughn, a 10.5% Black Barleywine aged for 9 months in Black Button Bourbon barrels, then finished on Mostra Ghost Bear Coffee. Hand numbered, hand waxed 500ml bottles will be available January 23 ($15, limit 6). Limited draft will be available Saturday as well. There will be 2 1.5L Magnums. In the Mix Brewing Plans First Ever Can Release
In the Mix Brewing are planning four can releases on January 24 (10am) at their brewery in Barker. Among the beers set to be released are Drip Stout Series: Maple Snickerdoodle (latte stout with milk sugar, coffee, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla beans ($7/single $25/4-pack)), Illemonati Series (lemonade sour with Concord grape juice, raspberry puree, and lemon zest ($18/4-pack)), Four Layer Stout (marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate malts ($14/4-pack)), and Specialtea Blonde Ale (black tea, peach tea, and lemon tea ($12/4-pack), mixed pack ($18)).
