Big Ditch Brewing is proud to celebrate a decade of one of its most beloved traditions: Stoutsgiving, returning for its 10th annual celebration on Wednesday, November 26.

What began as a small celebration of dark, bold beer has grown into the longest-running event of its kind in Western New York, and this year marks its biggest expansion yet.

For the first time, Stoutsgiving will take place at both Big Ditch tap rooms—Buffalo and Lockport— with each location open from 11 am to 10 pm. The Lockport tap room will open early to fully join the festivities.

Stoutsgiving has grown over the past decade into one of Big Ditch’s most anticipated annual traditions, celebrating the bold, dark, and expressive world of stouts and big beers. This year’s milestone lineup brings ten new beers, special-edition glassware, and a decadent dessert collaboration created with Lockport neighbors Lake Effect Ice Cream.

All beers will be available on draft, with most also offered in bottles or cans to go at both tap rooms. Package options will be available for preorder Wednesday morning (11/26) for tap room pickup only.

Stoutsgiving lineup:

  • Aqueduct Double Barrel 2025 — A two-step barrel-aged imperial stout featuring notes of coconut, vanilla, and oak. 11.0% ABV — bottles and draft
  • Aqueduct Estate 2025 — A single-barrel Willett Estate expression with bold bourbon, chocolate, and vanilla. 11.0% ABV — bottles and draft
  • Aqueduct Peerless 2025 — A Kentucky Peerless single-barrel version offering marshmallow and Baker’s chocolate richness. 11.0% ABV — bottles and draft
  • Old Widow Jane 2025 — English-style old ale aged in a Widow Jane rye whiskey barrel. Complex, malty, and spicy. 9.5% ABV — bottles and draft
  • Mudlarked Nutella Stuffed French Toast — An imperial stout brewed with hazelnut, maple syrup, cinnamon, and cocoa nibs. 10.0% ABV — cans and draft
  • Mudlarked Chocolate Raspberry — A raspberry- and chocolate-forward variant of the Mudlarked base. 10.0% ABV — cans and draft
  • StraightEdge Turtle — A non-alcoholic dark brew with caramel, chocolate, and pecan flavors. <0.5% ABV — draft only
  • Peanut Butter Biscotti Stout — Peanut butter cookie stout aged with The Bean Bastard Colombian coffee. 6.0% ABV — draft only
  • Banana Nut Muffin Brown Ale — Bakery-inspired brown ale layered with banana, cinnamon, and toasted nut. 5.8% ABV — draft only
  • Stoneyard S’More The Merrier! — A pastry stout brewed with chocolate, graham cracker, marshmallow, and peanut butter, in collaboration with 19 partner breweries. 6.7% ABV — cans and draft

10th Anniversary Celebration Features:

  • Lake Effect Ice Cream Collaboration — A limited-release dessert crafted with Big Ditch’s Mudlarked Nutella Stuffed French Toast Imperial Stout, blended into Lake Effect’s creamy base with vanilla, maple, cinnamon, and chunks of chocolate Nutella cookies. Available as ice cream sandwiches at both tap rooms, plus pints to go.
