Big Ditch Brewing Brings Back Lock IPA Series Favorite

Fip 4-packs will cost $14.99.

New York Beer Project Releases First Ever Lambic-Style Ale

New York Beer Project has released their first-ever lambic-style ale and inaugural NYBP Beer Lodge koelschip release, Peche Spon 2024. Peche Spon is a spontaneous wild ale inoculated with native Orchard Park wild yeast and microflora. It then underwent a spontaneous fermentation in Red Zinfandel barrels for another 12 months before barrels were blended and conditioned on fresh, whole Niagara County grown peaches for an additional six months in an American oak foeder. It’s truly funky, yet approachable, with flavors of juicy peach and tart lemon, to go along with horse blanket, wet hay, acid and brett notes. Peche Spon 2024 is available on tap and in bottles at all of the brewery’s New York locations.
