Southern Tier Brewing Company has announced its latest decadent brew, Cheat Day Imperial Ale, a bold dessert beer inspired by Perry’s Ice Cream’s Extra Indulgent flavor, Cheat Day. This marks the fourth collaboration between the two iconic New York brands, continuing a tradition of pairing craft beer innovation with irresistible ice cream flavors.

Cheat Day Imperial Ale captures the essence of Perry’s decadent ice cream, featuring rich brownie batter and cookie dough notes, luscious brown sugar sweetness, and a whisper of vanilla all harmonized in a smooth, full-bodied brew. At 8.6% ABV, this Imperial Ale is designed for those who believe dessert should be savored, not skipped.

“Cheat Day is all about that ultimate reward, and after four years of collaborating, we’ve found the perfect way to bring that concept to life,” said Brandon Hank, Southern Tier Brewing brand manager. “This beer is the perfect fit for our Dessert Series: we’ve been leaning into these big, bold flavors for a while now, and this collaboration is exactly what the series is all about.”

Cheat Day Imperial Ale is available on tap at all Southern Tier taprooms and at craft beer retailers across New York in March.

“Cheat Day is a flavor made for your most indulgent moments,” said Nichole Buryta, senior brand manager at Perry’s Ice Cream. “Partnering with Southern Tier lets us take that experience beyond the scoop and into the glass. It’s a delicious way to treat yourself to something truly rich.”
